W roku 1951, na mocy Ustawy o Szkolnictwie Wyższym z r. 1951 inicjującej tworzenie międzywydziałowych jednostek ds.
W roku 1992 założyłam z grupką studentów pasjonatów języka hiszpańskiego i kultury krajów hiszpańskojęzycznych Koło Naukowe Języka Hiszpańskiego, które istnieje do dziś. Przez trzy dekady poznałam ogromną liczbę wspaniałych osób! Oprócz regularnych spotkań studentów i absolwentów organizowaliśmy wyjazdy językowe, debaty, spacery tematyczne, pikniki, braliśmy udział w konferencjach naukowych, zwiedzaliśmy ciekawe miejsca i miasta.
